1. Minimum Order: Each order must meet minimum amount of $100.00 or is subject to $10.00 handling charge.
2. Prices quoted are FOB Lodi, New Jersey, unless otherwise stated. All prices are subject to change without notice. To qualify for FC price, order quantity must reach inner pack or case pack quantity where applicable.
3. Orders are subject to inventory availability.
4. Payment Terms: Net 30 days, subject to credit approval. Accounts past due will be charged late fees of 1.5% per month.
5. Orders over $1,800.00 will be shipped freight prepaid to one destination within the continental US, except Alaska. "Free freight¡± order is shipped by carrier of Winco¡¯s choice. Exception: Dominion and Windsor items are only counted for 50% of their value when applying towards the prepaid freight program.
6. New products will qualify for prepaid shipping after the item becoms avaliable.
7. Return Policy: No returns will be accepted without our authorization. We do not accept used and obsolete merchandise. All authorized returns must be sent freight prepaid and will be subject to re-stocking charges.
Special order items can not be returned.
8. Defects and shortages must be notified within 5 business days upon receiving merchandise. All shortages and damages must be reported to both the carrier and Winco immediately and marked on Bill of Lading.
9. We are not responsible for printing errors.
10. From time to time, motor carriers will charge for services that are beyond the scope of normal delivery. Winco reserves the right to bill customers for these charges, including sort and segregate, lift gate, inside delivery, etc. These are considered accessorial charges and are not included in the prepaid freight program.
